To reserve your exclusive spot, complete the form below and submit your deposit, which will apply towards the first month of your agreement. 1. RATE POLICY AND CONTRACT PROVISIONS: All advertisements are accepted and published entirely on the representation that the Advertiser is properly authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof. Advertiser will indemnify and hold LOKL and its parent company, LOKL Enterprises, LLC (collectively, "Company") harmless from and against any claims or suits for libel, violation of rights of privacy, plagiarism, trademark, patent and copyright infringements, and other claims based on the contents or subject matter. Company reserves the right to reject any advertising not in keeping with Company’s standards. Company may add the word “Advertisement” to any ad that resembles editorial copy. Company shall not be liable for failure to publish or circulate due to strikes, work stoppages, accidents, fires, acts of nature, or any circumstance beyond Company’s control.

2. AGREEMENT IN EFFECT: These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions and supersede previous rate cards or quotes. Company may increase rates, but only with prior notification and agreement upon by both parties.

3. PAYMENT TERMS:
a. Initial Payment (Deposit): Remitted to secure exclusivity.
b. Ongoing Billing: Invoices for selected ad rate (excluding any design charges) issued via Stripe on the 1st of each month. Payment is due by the 15th.
c. Late Payments: Failure to pay by the due date may result in ad removal, loss of exclusivity, revocation of long-term discounts, and cancellation fees as noted in Paragraph 4 (below).

4. CANCELLATION: When you sign up, you are committing to the full 3, 6, 9, or 12 months you selected. If you decide to cancel before your contract has ended, you agree to pay a "buy-out fee" equal to 50% of the money left on this Agreement to offset the cost of the spot we saved for you.

5. AD COPY: Advertiser is responsible for the quality of self-provided ads. Company is not liable for errors in Advertiser-supplied copy. For Company-designed ads, a proof will be sent to Advertiser, which requires Advertiser’s written approval via email. Ads will not be published without written approval.

6. OWNERSHIP OF WORK: If Company designs an advertisement for Advertiser, Company retains all intellectual property rights to the design. Advertiser is granted a limited license to use the design within LOKL's publication(s). Any use outside of LOKL requires prior written consent.

7. AD PLACEMENT: All ads are randomly placed (except back cover). Company does not guarantee specific placement or location unless agreed upon in writing.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND GUARANTEES: Company’s total liability for any error, omission, or delay shall not exceed the amount actually paid by Advertiser for the specific advertisement giving rise to the claim. Company makes no guarantees regarding the volume of leads, sales, or specific results from advertising.

9. THIRD-PARTY AGENCIES: Advertiser and its Agency are jointly liable for all payments.

10. JURISDICTION: Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Cherokee County, Georgia. Advertiser submits to this jurisdiction.

Exclusivity Agreement
To secure my exclusive placement on LOKL, I agree to submit the required deposit below. To maintain my exclusive placement, I agree to pay the monthly invoices (issued on the 1st of each month via Stripe) by the 15th of the corresponding month. I understand that late payments may result in the loss of my exclusive spot to a competitor, and I also acknowledge that failing to pay may result in a 50% "buy-out" fee as described in the Terms and Conditions.
